• Adequate surface preparation as given below is a must for product performance.
• Futura Sealer Coats is a must on masonry surface to ensure maximum penetration &adhesion to substrate. 

• Futura-5 should not be applied to concrete and other surfaces less than 7 days old. Ideally concrete should be allowed to cure for 28 days before application. Power wash to ensure nounder bound cement remains on the surface. Allow surface to dry. Apply Futura sealer coat ata spread rate of 80-100 sq.ft./ltr./coat depending on the porosity of the concrete. Allow 2-4 hrsto dry. If possible wait 24 hrs before application.

• Power wash to remove all loosely adhered coating and other contaminants. Fill existing crackswith Paintex-4 (Acrylic latex Caulk) Paintable sealant. Apply Futura sealer coat at spreadrate of 80-100 sq.ft./ltr./coat depending on the porosity of the concrete.

• 5 Futura-5 can be applied by airless spray, roller or brush. Coating can be diluted with water.After thinning with 10-20% water, apply first coat at spread rate of 8-8.5 sq.mt./ltr./coat.
